Letters of
Agreement
It is
agreed that the current Letters of Understanding/Agreement, which were in
effect as of
January 31, 2004, and the new letters and/or revisions to existing letters,
which are agreed to as a result of this current Agreement covering the period
February 1, 2004 to January 31, 2007, will remain in effect for the life of the
Agreement unless agreed to otherwise.
