Mission Statement

The Web Page Policy was developed to provide a guide on what information can be published on our web page.

The confidentiality of all union employees in all publishing matters will be adhered to.

The confidentiality of some of the Union's business and correspondence must be adhered to.

1. Personal Information

1. Individual Union Member

i. All employee names shall not be published on the web page when there is an issue between the employee and the company.

ii. The issue, status and possible resolution may be published on the web site with regards to 1.1.i.

2. Majority of Union Members

i. All employees' names will not be published on the web page when there is a issue between employees and the company.

ii. The issue, status and possible resolution may be published on the web site with regards to 1.2.i.

2. Financial Information

1. Financial Statements

All financial statements will not be published on the web page.

2. Non Union Financial Spending

All Non Union financial spending may be published on the web page. The total dollar amount will not be published.

 

3. Executive Reports

1. Individual Executive Reports

All individual executive reports may be published on the web page but with regards to all sections of this policy.

2. Executive Education

All conferences, seminars etc. that executive members attend may be published on the web page. Any reports given pertaining to conferences, seminars etc. may be also published with regards to all sections of this policy.

4. Miscellaneous

1. Electronic Mail

All union business mail received through the web page will be treated as correspondence and read at appropriate meetings.

2. Other

All other publishing matters that are not covered by this policy may be addressed at a general meeting.
